How to use Delta 8 Gummies

Take 1/2 or 1 gummy daily, or as needed, based on the desired Delta 8 and/or CBD MG intake.

CBD Peach Rings

Works great for my sleep

These gummies have worked great for my sleep that I have struggled with for quite some time. I do have to take a whole gummy. I have not tried taking them for daytime use as I'm worried that it will make me feel too tired and need energy during the day.
I just order a tincture that is a combination of indica and sativa and will see if that helps with energy and anxiety during the day.
